Limited Warranty
At SWT Device, we stand behind the quality of our smart devices and electronic products. All products purchased from swtdevice.com are covered by our limited warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects
Hardware malfunctions under normal use
Performance issues caused by product defects
If your product develops a covered issue during the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
Warranty Period
Standard warranty: 12 months from the date of delivery
Some products may have extended or special warranty terms, which will be stated on the product page.
What Is NOT Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
Water damage (unless the product is labeled waterproof)
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by power surges or improper voltage
Lost or stolen products
Consumable parts (batteries, filters, accessories, etc.)
